It took hours to delicately snip, clip and scrape away organic material from this cactus skeleton. The result is an internal web of fibers with frayed edges. Hand painting this piece in gold paint and placing it in a black shadow box with a black velvet make this 11” x 14” piece a one-of-a-kind piece of wall art. This piece is currently on display and for sale at the Wilding Museum of Art and Nature.
