Flower petals and small branches adorn this 9” x 12” image on watercolor paper. The dream-like quality of the image was created by adding a copper mordant to the paper before printing, boiling the image during printing, and adding a natural dye post-printing. One can still see a few flecks of the original petals on the finished product. The image is encased in a black mat and is housed in a wood and copper-colored frame. The framed piece measures 11” x 14”. This piece is currently on display and for sale at the Wilding Museum of Art and Nature.
