Castor, sycamore, and eucalyptus leaves are printed on watercolor paper on this 9” x 12” eco-print. The image’s rich browns, greens, and yellows come from a combination of iron mordant and vinegar. The material was boiled and placed under strong pressure to create definition in the patterns of the leaves. The image is enclosed in a black mat with a bronze metal frame. The framed piece measures 11” x 14”. This piece is currently on display and for sale at the Wilding Museum of Art and Nature.
